Precision LGM casting

The technology of precision casting using gasified models (FGM) allows the production of castings of increased accuracy (close to the accuracy of lost wax casting) at a lower level of production costs. Minimal machining allowances significantly reduce the cost of parts. LGM technology makes it possible to produce precision casting from a large number of steel grades, cast irons, as well as from non-ferrous metal alloys.

The distinctive features of LGM technology include:

  • Reducing the level of costs for the equipment used and materials necessary for production.
  • Using inexpensive quartz sand as the main component when casting parts.
  • There is no need to maintain highly qualified personnel.
  • High level of precision of workpieces, allowing to significantly reduce labor costs during subsequent processing of parts.

The cost of foundry production using wood products compares favorably with traditional methods for producing metal blanks.
